API User
Create service users for tools, scripts, and integrations.
API Users are intended for automated systems rather than interactive user sign-ins. Use them for integrations, synchronization services, publishing automation, and other trusted tools that require secure, controlled access to Blueprint.
- Create a dedicated API user for each integration or automation.
- Grant only the permissions required for the specific task, following the principle of least privilege.
- Rotate or revoke credentials whenever an integration changes, is decommissioned, or no longer requires access.
